![]() ![]() We got our toast, and proceeded to see him offer everyone else eggs so I went up and asked for eggs, we got the boiled eggs, they were both completely raw inside, I showed it to him and asked for another more cooked, he gave us another 5 minutes later, it was again completely raw, unbelievable. which indicated a good breakfast as promised, the miserable man came over eventually and just asked if we wanted 'bread', I asked if there was any choice he said no. In the morning went down for breakfast, they have loads of buffet hot plates etc. Asked for new towels, told they didn't have any until the morning, fine. ![]() We got to the hotel, not too hard to find but not much in the area, the room was tiny, the sheets and pillows were covered I'm stains, bad smell in the room, we had one towel between is which again was covered in stains and was still wet and stank, they clearly had just folded the towel from the previous guests and put it back on the bed. Booked through (as ZEN rooms) with reasonable reviews and a 'Good breakfast included'. First of all this hotel is known as ZEN Rooms Raja Laut as well as Hotel Grand Maria, not sure which they actually go by, a little confusing and frankly misleading. ![]()
